Quality Control and After Sales Manager
We are looking for a dynamic person to direct our finished product quality control and after sales service department.
The professional we are looking for will report directly to the management and will be placed in the after-sales technical assistance department.
The Quality and After Sales Service Manager will be responsible for managing the following activities:
Manage support and after-sales assistance activities for distributors and end users.
Manage external technicians and external service bodies, as well as distributors.
Coordinate the maintenance of the machines according to the problem-solving process, analysis of the causes of the complaints received.
Provide live equipment demo support to the sales network, distribution and end users.
Provide assistance and training to the sales network, service centers, intercompany service department, distribution and end users.
Supervise the installation on site.
Collaborate with the technical department for the development of new products and the improvement of existing products.
Quality control and factory testing of equipment before shipment.
Operate as an integral part of the sales team while respecting budget constraints and objectives.
Compile service manuals and parts.

Strong customer orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent knowledge of English and Italian and preferably of a third EU language.
Degree in technical disciplines.
Experience (from 3 to 10 years) gained as sales support or post-sales assistance roles in hydraulic machines or preferably in the scrap recycling equipment sector.
Flexibility and the ability to solve problems quickly.
Knowledge of hydraulics and hydraulics
Basic knowledge of complementary technical disciplines, in particular mechanics, electricity and electronics.
Ability to coordinate external work groups.
Problem-solving, proactivity and motivation for professional growth.
Systematic approach to work to solve problems.
Analytical approach to support the actions / interventions for any improvement.
Willingness to travel abroad.

Mechanical Designer
The resource will take care of the initiation, planning, execution, control and closure of the project.
Tasks
Feasibility study, product design and engineering
Mechanical and thermal simulations, structural calculations, design of mechanical parts to be developed / modified
Collaboration with external bodies with a view to respecting certifications and technical and electronic parameters
Execution of technical analysis of components, research of new processes or new technologies to improve the quality and yield of products
Interface with suppliers for the identification of solutions to technical / production problems
Drafting of documentation: exploded drawings, assembly instructions, product data sheet, bill of materials
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Design
1-2 years experience in precision mechanical design
Mastery of Solidworks, Autocad 2D and 3D

Software Developer
The selected person will deal with software development for machinery and will deal with the conception, development and testing of SW in the industrial field, will have to relate to the development and design teams and through their previous experience will independently deal with analysis and commissioning. fine-tuning of the SW architectures involved.
We are looking for electronic technicians, computer technicians, electronic engineers, computer engineers. The main activity will be the implementation and development of software on Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCs.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree (preferential)
– It must be based in the EU
– Fluent English and preferably also Italian
– Practical experience of at least 1 year (preferable if in the scrap processing industry)
An aptitude for team work is required in order to achieve the project objectives within the established time frame.
Ability to analyze project needs and problem solving
Willingness to travel abroad for international meetings with customers and suppliers in English.
