Features & Benefits

Diesel engines or electric motors.
Self-sufficient (D) vs. lowest running/maintenance cost (E).

Remote control.
Reduce operator cost by running the baler directly from the feeding crane.

Hydraulic lifting jack legs.
Maximum flexibility. Lift and go.

Opposed baling rams.
Independent opposed rams assure a fast cycle time.

Predator HS. There is not anything like it.

When it comes to high productivity requirements there is only the Predator that will do the job.

With a fast logging or baling cycle and enough power to bale and log a full-size car in no time there is no match for this this baler.

The power of the lids and the fast hydraulics assure very high daily productivity levels!

The Predator range scrap baler logger are very productive machines. Thanks to the efficient closing system with three lids (side, cover and hammer), very bulky materials can be compacted in a very short time, such as, for example, a full-size car in just over 1 minute. There is no other press with comparable performance in this segment.

The machine was born from the concept of the AL5000 and AL6000 produced by Lollini International. Of the old machines we have kept only the kinematics of the charging box. The whole structure and systems are efficient and of modern conception with top of the line components.

The machine has been designed to treat a wide variety of materials including cars, mixed scrap, HMS1, HMS2, sheet metal, tin, and white goods as well as a large variety of non-ferrous scrap.
The baler logger will produce two types of product:
Low density bale or log with a density between 400-500 kg/cubic meter (25-35 lbs/cubic foot) suitable for a shredder. This is, for example, the typical log of an automobile. The baler can also produce a dense bale with a higher density, between 1250 and 1450 kg/cubic meter (80 to 90 lbs/cubic foot).

The Predator range includes two models with different box lengths to meet the most varied production needs and is equipped with a 185 HP diesel engine or two 75 kW electric motors.

Average productivity:

Predator HS 5.0 & 6.0

Bales/logs per hour

30-35

Logs ton/hour

24-28

Bales ton/hour 12-14

The machines rigorously mount top of the line Bosch/Rexroth components. The structure is equipped with a side, a lid and a hammer. The L-shaped compaction box is open on one side and offers the possibility of loading a large quantity of scrap, even very bulky ones. All parts in contact with scrap are made of replaceable Hardox 450 wear plates.

The speed and method of feeding, regularity of feed material dimension in addition to in-feed material type and density, the length as well as other external factors can influence the performance of the equipment. After the installation, it’s recommendable to check the real on-site productivity. Due to previously mentioned factors productivity and results can vary considerably from installation to installation.
